Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

(DreamyVow)

We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel or modify your order. As most DreamyVow dresses are made to order, production may begin shortly after payment is confirmed. Once production has started, labor and material costs are incurred and cannot be recovered.

Please review the cancellation and modification policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests are accepted based on the time elapsed since payment confirmation:

  • Within 24 hours after payment
    → 95% refund of the dress price
        100% refund of the shipping cost
    (A 5% transaction fee will be deducted.)

  • 24–72 hours after payment
    → 90% refund of the dress price
        100% refund of the shipping cost

  • 72–120 hours after payment
    → 70% refund of the dress price
        100% refund of the shipping cost

  • More than 120 hours after payment (order not shipped)
    → 40% refund of the dress price
        100% refund of the shipping cost

  • Once the order has been shipped
    → Cancellation is no longer accepted.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Bulk Orders & “Buy-Many-Keep-One” Policy

DreamyVow does not support purchases made for the purpose of “buy-many-keep-one”.

If an order is identified as being placed with this intention and later canceled, an additional 5%–10% handling fee may be charged based on the order value.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in your email.

Cancellation requests are processed based on the time the request is received, not the time the email is sent.

4. Order Modifications (Changes After Purchase)

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you need to make changes (such as color, size, or customization details), please reply to the confirmation email within 24 hours.

Please note:

  • Changes requested before production begins may be made at no additional cost

  • Changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges

  • If fabric has already been cut or materials prepared, the original materials may be wasted, and an extra fee will be charged to prepare new materials

For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully and confirming your requirements clearly when replying to the order confirmation email.

5. Important Notes

  • All time frames are calculated from the time payment is confirmed

  • Production progress varies by style and complexity

  • Refund percentages apply to the dress price only, unless otherwise stated

  • Shipping timelines and production schedules cannot be paused once production has begun

DreamyVow reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page.
