We want you to enjoy our Dreamy Vow products, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we offer 7 days’ easy return. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
How to Return & Refund
- To initiate a return, please reach out to our Customer Service team through our website and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return along with the reason. Kindly note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. You can also contact us directly at dreamyvow@gmail.com.
- Once you’ve received return instructions from us, please repack the item(s) using the original packaging. Be sure to clearly write your order number (e.g., DVSS-0001) on the outside of the package. This helps us quickly identify your return and process it as efficiently as possible.
- Drop off your package at the local post office. Usually POST/USPS will be much cheaper.
- Once we receive your return package, most returns are processed within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Please note that the original shipping fee and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please note that all the returns, customers need to pay for the cost of shipment.
Return Conditions
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to determine if the item is suitable for you. If you wish to return the item, please reach out to us within this 7-day period.
- Most of our dresses are made to order, including standard-size items. To reduce waste and support more sustainable shopping, we encourage customers to carefully review size, color, and style before purchasing. All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items On Clearance, ②Accessories, ③Customized Items, ④Flash Sale Items, ⑤Black Friday Specials (including 70% off section/ 30% off section/ $9.9 section).
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
- We cannot accept returns for items that are sent back without a prior return request.
- We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returned packages. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Since all items, including standard sizes, are made-to-order, we do not accommodate purchases with the “buy-many-keep-one”. If we suspect that an order has been placed with this purpose, our customer service team may cancel it.
- We are not responsible for any returned items that are lost or damaged during the return process, nor for packages that are held or inspected by customs. Customers are also responsible for any customs clearance fees. Please ensure you keep the receipt and tracking information for your return.
- Please note that if a parcel is lost, destroyed, or returned due to issues related to the customer (such as delayed customs clearance, incomplete contact details, recipient unavailability, or incorrect address), and the product cannot be recovered, no refunds will be issued.

We do not accept rejected packages. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service after signing for the package. We will not refund if the package is rejected.
* Note:
• For returns requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. And the costs of the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Returns of 2-3 items from single or multiple orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount; Returns of 4 or more items from single or multiple orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
We know that purchasing a dress for your special occasion is a meaningful decision. That’s why we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be as considerate as possible. Since most of our dresses are made to order, once production begins, materials and labor cannot be repurposed. The good news? You still have a window of time after placing your order to change your mind. Please see the details of our cancellation policy below.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment: 95% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order 24-72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
